Job Description:

As Engagement Manager at Petram, you'll be responsible for delivering client insights, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of our marketing data analytics projects.
You'll work closely with our Engagement Director and team to make sure we deliver on project initiatives that ultimately exceed client expectations.

Engagement Management Execution:
Anticipate and delegate detailed client deliverable project tasks, milestones, and timelines.
Manage project sizing, effort required, and team workload.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential delivery timeline risks and issues.
Manage project scope and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
Anticipate and manage client expectations and needs.
Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
Facilitate project communication and collaboration across project teams.
Gather and document client requirements and feedback.
Engagement Management Processes:
Collaborate with team members to develop data-driven insights for clients.
Maintain client deliverable processes to ensure engagement efficiencies and effectiveness.
Maintain consistent client communication processes across all projects.
Collaborate with team members to develop and refine project related slides, visuals, and relevant documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in consulting, client engagement roles, or client-facing project management, preferably within a marketing or data analytics environment.
Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with project management software (e.g., Notion, Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communicative and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
Bonus Points:
Experience with marketing analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Proficiency in creating captivating presentations that tell a story.
Experience working with marketing orchestration tools and CRMs
Experience in a marketing consulting or a client engagement role.
Experience creating AI-driven solutions in a professional environment.
