JIBREEL
LOCKHART

Jibreel Lockhart founded Petram Analytics to address a complex and costly challenge facing private equity firms: how to rapidly integrate newly acquired portfolio companies and scale their growth through data and automation, not manual effort or status quo approaches. His unique perspective was forged developing and leading a specialty consulting team advising some of the world's most sophisticated investors including Blackstone, KKR, and Carlyle on portfolio-level data-integration and procurement strategy. It was there he saw a recurring pattern: PE firms excel at acquiring assets but are often handicapped by the friction of integrating disparate brands and legacy systems into a single, efficient growth engine.

Petram was created as the solution. The firm implements a structured, five-step methodology that begins with establishing a defined customer journey and ends with a fully optimized, multi-channel marketing operation. This process unifies technology, enriches customer data, and establishes the data-driven infrastructure essential for predictable, scalable revenue growth. Jibreel’s vision for Petram is also shaped by his tenure leading the Mid-Market Marketing Advisory Council for Gartner, where he guided executives on their technology and data strategies. His experience includes over 22 years in consulting, marketing innovation and optimization. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
