Jibreel is an engineer turned data-driven marketer. He loves using technology to decode customer behaviors. He’s on a mission to use data to uncover the inefficiencies of traditional advertising.

Most recently he worked in the automotive industry, providing actionable insights through data analysis and utilizing machine learning algorithms, from logistic regression to markov chains, to uncover hidden opportunities. Combining a passion for data and business, his mission has always been to maximize the value of data.
Marcus Collins is an award-winning marketer and cultural translator with one foot in the world of practice—serving as the Head of Planning at Wieden+Kennedy New York—and one foot in the world of academia—as a marketing professor at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
His deep understanding of brand strategy and consumer behavior has helped him bridge the academic-practitioner gap for blue-chip brands and startups alike. He is a recipient of Advertising Age's 40 Under 40 award and Crain's Business' 40 Under 40 award, and a recent inductee into the American Advertising Federation’s Advertising Hall of Achievement. Before joining Wieden+Kennedy, he served as the Chief Consumer Connections Officer at Doner Advertising and led Social Engagement at Steve Stoute’s advertising agency, Translation. Over the course of his career, Marcus has developed a practice for creating culturally contagious ideas that inspire people to take action. His strategies and creative contributions have led to the launch and success of Budweiser’s “Made In America” music festival, the Brooklyn Nets (Hello Brooklyn!), and State Farm’s “Cliff Paul” campaign – among others.
Prior to his advertising tenure, Marcus began his career in music and tech with a startup he co-founded before working on iTunes + Nike sport music initiatives at Apple and running digital strategy for Beyoncé.

Paula is an Executive Assistant who has performed in a variety of settings over the past two decades, both in the private and public sectors.
Paula began her journey with the Rock Family of Companies in 2015 and has assisted various executives across the organization. She now serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Petram Analytics - Jibreel Lockhart.
Andy is a digital media, ad tech, marketing tech, and data science innovator and pioneer as well as a self-taught Behavioral Economist. Andy is one of the few people in the United States who has the combined expertise in behavioral science, digital communications and is also an expert in data science and the use of the advanced targeting capabilities across all of the digital and social media platforms.
Andy has invested in, incubated, or run over 50 digital media and technology companies, including: Daily Candy, Thrillist, Tasting Table, Idealbite, PureWow, Zynga, Betaworks, Business Insider, Sailthru, RapLeaf / LiveRamp, SpongeCell, AdRoll, MovableInk and Bounce Exchange.
During the years 2011 - 2019 Andy founded and at times ran as CEO Trigger Media, InsideHook, Fevo and Empact (GetEmpact.com). Empact Collaboration Platform was endorsed by Ban ki Moon (Secretary General of the United Nations) as "the" collaboration platform to help the world achieve the 17 goals of the United Nations' 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and Climate Change.
From 2003 - 2011 Andy was a partner at the Private Equity and Venture Capital firm Pilot Group where besides overseeing the firm's venture investing, he sat on the board of Barrington Broadcasting for 8 years (a conglomerate of 22 local TV stations), was on the board of OTX for 7 years (the first ever online market research firm) and was on the board of Double “O” radio for 8 years (a conglomerate of small market radio stations).
From 1999- 2003 Andy was a partner at the venture capital firm Victory Ventures where he oversaw digital media investing. From 1993 - 1996, Andy was an Associate at JP Morgan Chase in the Acquisition Finance Group where he built complex financial models. In 2017, along with his brother and a third partner, Andy co-founded one of New York’s “hot spots”, Restaurant/Lounge, MOOMBA.
Andy sits on the board of the Mount Sinai Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and is on the Advisory Council for the NY Stem Cell Research Foundation. Andy was the founding Chairman of BUILD New York (a non-profit that brings experiential learning to inner city schools through the lens of entrepreneurship) and was the recipient of Network 20/20’s Global Leadership Award. He was a board member of the DMA (Data & Marketing Association) between 2012 – 2015 along with senior executives from the largest data companies such as Acxiom, Experian, Epsilon, Oracle and Alliant. Also serving on the board of the DMAs with Andy was the woman who ran data and data partnerships for Facebook.
Andy was one of two outside paid Board Members of American Media (Owner of the National Enquirer and all of this country's tabloids) during the years of 2012 - 2015. The only other paid outside board member of American Media at the time was the CFO of Trump Atlantic City. David Pecker, who was the CEO of American Media during that time invested in 5 companies that Andy founded.
Andy graduated from Cornell University in 1993 where he studied Abnormal Psychology. He graduated from Columbia Business School in 1999 where he studied entrepreneurship and venture capital.
Andy's grandfather was one of the leading applied mathematics and physicists in the country and was part of founding JPL (Jet Propulsion Labs).Andy inherited his grandfather's mathematical genes.
As VP of Data Analytics at FanDuel, Dejan manages FanDuel's data strategy focused on being a data driven organization by centralizing data, ensuring data quality, enhancing data, facilitating data to the right technology/teams and strengthening analytics for decision making. His team partners across the company to provide business leaders with data strategies, data models, insights and approaches to measurement that help drive business results. The Analytics team focuses on helping partners future-proof their business through adoption of technologies, data modeling to uncover new opportunities and bringing transparency and accountability to 1P and 3P measurement solutions.
Prior to FanDuel Dejan worked at Google as Head of Analytics, Amazon in their FP&A division managing a P&L for a segment of the organization. Also, he worked at Microsoft doing consumer analytics for Hotmail and Messenger.
Phil has led and orchestrated successful exits for companies in the real estate/mortgage technology space and currently serves as the Founding Partner of MorningView Advisors. Phil also held several C-level positions with technology and product companies including turnarounds, start-ups and mature divisions of public companies.
In addition to successful exits at eLynx and Platinum Data, Phil recently led a $100mm portfolio of companies for Altisource. Mr. Huff began his career as a software and systems engineer and was awarded patents for internet messaging and document management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Miami University.
